Preliminary

PS EPN has a clear vision, mission, goals and objectives; and there is a consistent relationship between the vision, mission, goals and objectives. PS EPN is the first postgraduate study program in Indonesia. PS EPN already has an organizational structure with clarity of duties, functions, and work details of each unit; as well as having delegation rules and accountability sweetness in the implementation of duties. In addition, PS EPN has a development plan that refers to the strategic plan of IPB, SPs, Faculties, and the ESL Department, as a guideline for implementing work programs and activities. The ESL Department as the management unit of PS EPN and IPB already has quality control tools so that the program implementation evaluation mechanism can be carried out regularly, the results of which can be used for the development of education, research, and community service delivery and collaboration.

Quality Assurance

The quality assurance of the EPN Masters Program refers to the quality assurance policy of IPB. IPB Chancellor's Regulation Number 006 / I3 / OT / 2015 concerning IPB's Quality Assurance System reflects the existence of a quality assurance policy at IPB, which also applies to EPN Masters PS. The organizational structure and quality assurance institutions of IPB are contained in the Chancellor's Regulation, which in the organizational structure of IPB quality assurance (Figure 2.3), consists of the Quality Management Office (KMM) and the Internal Audit Office (KAI) at the IPB level, the Quality Assurance Group (Figure 2.3). GPM) at the faculty level and SPs, as well as the Quality Control Group (GKM) at the department level. The scope of work of KMM, KAI, GPM, and GKM includes coordinating quality assurance at their respective levels in the academic and non-academic fields.

Standard Operating Procedures

In strengthening the management system and management of the Bogor Agricultural University by implementing a Quality Assurance System in various management processes of implementing educational programs. To implement the Internal Quality Assurance System, IPB quality standards are needed in implementing the internal quality assurance system at IPB. Quality standards are set as benchmarks for assessment to determine and reflect the quality of education delivery at IPB. Quality standards are determined by adopting or modifying the National Education Standards (SNP), the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education (BAN-PT) and additional standards applicable at the regional and international levels. To achieve these quality standards, standard operational procedures (POB) are needed which can serve as guidelines / guidelines for departments and faculties in carrying out the quality assurance process in their respective work units, especially in the management and implementation of undergraduate education programs.
