The operations research approach is used as the basis for modeling: problem formulation, model formulation, data input, solutions, evaluation and model application. The analysis includes both primal and dual model solutions, sensitivity analysis, and post optimal. Several operations research models: linear and quadratic, multiple purposes, transportation, assignments and transients, networks, and integers. Econometrics emphasizes efficiency analysis: engineering and economics. Both approaches are applied to cases in the relevant agricultural economy, starting from production (linkage of inputs and outputs), costs and income, as well as transportation and distribution of products. | ||||||
